Wholesale Clothing Purchase Requirements
1. Account Setup and Approval
- Create a wholesale account, by providing this information in the form below and email to serbedesigns@gmail.com
- Business name and address1
- Name of purchaser
- GST / BN / tax resale info
- Store website link
- For U.S. suppliers, a resale certificate or proof of business is usually acceptable
- Wait for approval before accessing prices or placing orders
2. Minimum Order Requirements
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 4 units per style
- Minimum spend: $300
3. Payment Terms
- Fifty percent advance payment for first orders, and balance payable within 10 days of delivery
- Future orders Net 30 terms or discount for large volume or prepayments
4. Custom Orders
If you’re interested in custom orders of clothing, requirements may include:
- Higher MOQs
- Longer lead times
